Ronnie's Bar offer a professional mobile bar hire service for many types of events including weddings, parties, gigs, festivals, corporate events and more. We understand that every event and every venue is different, that's why we offer a selection of different mobile bars to choose from including rustic wooden bars, LED bars and horsebox bars. We operate throughout the Staffordshire and Cheshire, priding ourselves on offering an outstanding service at a reasonable price.

Our Story

Ronnie's Bar is owned and run by Emily Jane Lycett, or EJ as she is more commonly known in the events world.

Emily started off her working career in multiplex cinema management but her passion for the events industry is something she always pursued alongside this.

Emily has previously partially owned and managed a mobile bar company for 6 years, providing an outstanding service for gigs, festivals and weddings across the UK. Alongside this Emily has worked on a freelance basis within the events industry. Emily's experience is vast ranging from show and exhibition management to production running for TV, gigs, theatre and general tours.

Emily is based in Staffordshire and is very hands on within the business (you will often find her pulling a pint behind the bar), but also has contacts all over the UK which she has built up over the years.

Emily is lucky enough to often work alongside her brother, Jonathan, who has made a name for himself in the entertainment industry. Jonathan now heads up Ronnie's Entertainment which provides a wide range of entertainment services from toast masters to events bands.

Why "Ronnie's Bar"?

Judith Veronica Tweedale was a much loved Auntie to Emily and Jonathan. Along with their Mum Susan, she ran a dancing academy for over 30 years. She was a fellow of IDTA and a professional choreographer but most importantly simply "Auntie Ronnie". Ronnie played a huge part in Emily and Jonathan's life and is an inspiration to them both which is why the business is named after her.

Its important to both to keep her sense of fun and huge personality alive.

After every event, a donation is made to the Judith Veronica Tweedale fund @ MND association.
